Now, we are a little disappointed that Murray helped us find the most awesome home we have ever lived in and at a great price, too! It made us want to retire here in Calgary. And almost equally disappointing was when he sold this home two years later, we will never find it's match. We were a little concerned our home was over priced but Murray knowing the market, assured us it would be sold within a month and it was. Rats, our plans are foiled we will have to move to Ottawa. So again your number one Sales associate has proved invaluable, the first time with the purchase of our home and now with our relocation to Ottawa. Thank you, Murray! From the first time we met you until the day we took possession you have been totally focused on finding us a new home and you made what can be a stressful situation very fun. You quickly determined what our "must have" criteria was and kept us focused on that as we looked for houses. Often reminding us that even though we loved parts of a house, ultimately it didn't meet our must have criteria and therefore would not be suitable. You took the initiative and contacted builders to find out is there were any homes under construction that would work for us. That saved us a lot of time and allowed us to make our final decision faster. You impressed me many times along the way; from being available at a moments notice to bringing light bulbs and changing them on our walk through!
